Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return your item, please contact our customer service via email at kundtjanst@shoxspadel.com to receive a return shipping label. This label costs SEK 69 and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Tape the return shipping label onto the packaging and go to your nearest service point. When purchasing items on Shoxspadel.se, you, as a consumer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you receive the ordered item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the complaint/return must be approved by our customer service.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date the package was received.
Payment and Refund
For 14-day invoices, the invoice will be sent via email. If you are missing your invoice, you can contact us or log in to My Pages at Klarna.
For partial payments, the first invoice will be sent by mail and will arrive in the middle of the month following the month of purchase. For example, the first invoice for purchases made in January will arrive in mid-February.
Once we have received your return, the returned goods will be removed from your invoice and an updated version will be sent via email. Please wait for and pay the updated invoice. If payment is made before the return is registered, a partial payment account will be created with Klarna.
