By accepting these terms, an agreement is entered into between SHX Sports Of Sweden AB and you as a customer. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us directly via e-mail to:[email protected].


Through Klarna Checkout, SHX Sports Of Sweden AB offers payment via invoice, account, card payment and partial payment. When purchasing against an invoice, an automatic credit check is performed. Payment method selection can be changed after you click "continue". After the purchase is completed, Klarna owns the payment process and any questions are therefore referred there. 

Payment can also be made with a value code or gift card issued by us (according to the terms of the value code or gift card).

As a customer of SHX Sports Of Sweden AB, you have the right to get your money back in the event of withdrawal within 14 days from the day when customer service received the notification. 

However, the customer will have to wait until customer service has received the product and checked its condition.  

A refund can take up to 14 days. 

A refund is made in the same way as at the time of purchase. SHX Sports Of Sweden AB refunds the purchase while the customer is responsible for return shipping. 

All refunds are made via SHX Sports Of Sweden AB's payment partner, Klarna.

Purchases and prices 

When buying from SHX Sports Of Sweden AB, a 14-day open purchase applies. 

We reserve the right to make typing errors and obviously incorrect prices. Suspected cases of false orders and attempted fraud are reported to the police. 

All prices are SEK and including 25% VAT. 

Delivery time

The delivery time within Sweden for goods in stock is normally 1-4 weekdays. However, we do not guarantee that the goods will arrive within the specified delivery time as unforeseen delays may occur. Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the e-mail address: [email protected]We do not provide compensation for inconveniences that may arise in the event of delays. 

Delivery method

We send all our orders with Postnord. 
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

14 day return policy 

We check all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or faulty when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the fault free of charge through, for example, a new product, price reduction or refund. 

A possible refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days from the day we received the complained item. You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. 

The complaint must be submitted by sending a message with a description of the error to customer [email protected], the message must also contain name, your address, e-mail address and order number. 

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods from SHX Sports Of Sweden AB, you as a consumer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. 

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the complaint / return must be approved by our customer service. 

When you then make the return, make sure that the product is properly packaged and delivered to the post office or other shipping company, no later than 14 days after you have received the product. The order number must be noted on the return package that you received at the time of ordering. 

It is important that the order number is noted on the shipping packaging and not the original packaging (see more information below). 

In order to be able to use the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition and in the same number as when you received the product / goods. The value of the product must not be reduced and this also applies to the packaging. 

If the product is damaged or otherwise caused a reduced value and the reason for this is poor packaging, packaging or the like, the customer will lose their right of withdrawal. 

When returning, the product must therefore be placed in the product's original packaging and then packed in the correct shipping packaging. The customer may not put stickers or write directly on the original packaging. All markings, stickers and any writing must be placed on the shipping packaging. 

Once we have received the product and checked that it meets the above conditions for the use of the right of withdrawal, we make a refund via the same payment method that the customer has used at the time of purchase. 

At Klarna invoice payment, we refund the money to Klarna, which in turn creates a return case and pays the money back to the customer. If the invoice has not been activated or paid, it will be canceled. 

Should we consider that the product does not meet the requirements for return according to the above conditions, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. 

Upon return, customer service must be contacted for further instructions! 

Damage to delivery / Uncollected packages 

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately, but no later than within 7 days, report this to the post office or other carrier and report a damage. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us: [email protected] 
If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us, we will invoice you SEK 299 for our work with handling the goods.

In connection with ordering goods from us, you agree that we store and use your personal data. The person responsible for personal data is SHX Sports Od Sweden AB (corp. No. 559316-0301). All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance. This means that we only store personal data that is needed for us to be able to deliver the products you have purchased and to provide you with the best possible service. E-mails sent to us will e.g. to be stored for easier follow-up of cases and give you as a customer a high level of service. The personal data is stored for as long as it is necessary for the maintenance of our service towards you or as long as it is required by law, after which it is deleted. 

In order to be able to complete purchases and deliveries of ordered goods, it is necessary that personal data is shared with certain external partners. These partners can be shipping companies and / or companies that handle payments, e.g. your bank or Klarna. 

Your personal information may be used for marketing from SHX Sports Of Sweden AB in the form of e.g. sending out newsletters via e-mail. No data will be resold. You have the right to access the information we have registered about you, have the information deleted (in some cases), transferred to another supplier or have incorrect information corrected, you also have the right to have the processing of personal data intended for direct marketing interrupted. 

Dispute and choice of law
