Returns and exchanges

If you want to return your item, please contact our customer service via email to [email protected] to receive a return shipping note. This costs SEK 69 and is deducted from the amount that is refunded to you.

Tape the return shipping note on the packaging and go to the nearest agent. When buying goods on, you as a consumer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the complaint / return must be approved by our customer service.

We offer open purchase for 14 days from the time the package was received.


Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 499 after deductions for any discounts.

For orders between SEK 1 - SEK 499, the shipping cost is SEK 39.

Light items:

For orders that have a low weight and volume, the delivery method "Shipping Letter" can be used. This delivery method is not available for cash on delivery or for higher product values. Light items are delivered directly to your address.


Package to postal agent:

You will receive the package within 1-3 days to the selected postal agent and when the package arrives, an SMS or email will be sent to you. Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 499 after deductions for any discounts. For orders between SEK 1 - SEK 499, the shipping cost is SEK 39.

You decide!
We deliver with Postnord, and you can choose which of their agents you want the package for. You choose the delivery point when you pay at the checkout.

If you choose regular delivery to a postal agent, you will normally receive the package within 1-3 working days.

The package remains at the postal agent for 7 days from the time it arrives.

No, you can not pick up the goods directly through our warehouses.

Payment and Refund

For invoices 14-30 days, the invoice is sent via email. If you do not have your invoice, you can contact us or log in to My pages at Klarna.

In the case of partial payment, the first invoice is sent by email and arrives in the middle of the following month in which the purchase was completed. For example. The first invoice for purchases made in January will arrive in mid-February.

When we have received your return, the returned goods are removed from the invoice and an updated version is sent via email. Pay the updated invoice. In the event of payment before registered return, a partial payment account is created with Klarna.

Card payment

Visa or Mastercard. No extra charge. Direct payment Internet banking Works with the banks SEB, Handelsbanken, Nordea or Swedbank.
No extra charge.


Pay after you receive the goods, payment terms 14-30 days via Klarna.
No invoicing fee will be added. The invoice is sent via email. For security reasons, we deliver to your population registration address.

Partial payment

3 or 12 months interest free via Klarna. Setup fee and avia fees will be added.

24-month Klarna Account, pay at least SEK 100 per month or in 24 months. Interest will be added. Read more at Klarna.


You can pay with the Swish app via your mobile device, select the option at checkout and then follow the instructions using your Mobile Bank ID. The money is deducted directly from the account you have linked to the Swish app.
No extra charge.

In the first instance, the complained product will be inspected by us.
In the event of an approved complaint, you will be replaced with a new item, alternatively a credit amount or a refund.
